Evangelos is a senior associate practicing specializing in commercial law and complex disputes. He has been extensively involved in the negotiation and drafting of contractual and related documentation in concessions, M&A and distribution & supply chain transactions, as well as in the review and due diligence over commercial entities and NPL portfolios.

 

He obtained his Law Degree (LLB) at the University of Athens and holds an MJur from the University of Oxford. He also received an LLM in International Law (Private International Law direction) and an LLM in Civil Law from the University of Athens.

 

He is a native speaker of Greek, fluent in English and has a good command of French.
