The Hellenic Lawyer's Code prohibits the publication of client names for advertising purposes, unless specific permission has been previously obtained (art 38A§5 L. 3026/1954, as amended and in force). We consider it improper to solicit clients for the type of permission presently required under the law, and many of our mandates are sensitive and explicitly confidential and exempt from disclosure. No client names are published in any digital or print media originating from KP for advertising purposes. We are occasionally able to disclose client and case details on an individual basis, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements, to establish prior experience in specific matters, and we make this determination on a case by case basis.
