Domna Kyrzopoulou is a commercial law partner and heads the firm’s real estate and IP practices. She has an established record in IP disputes and has represented some of the largest software, advertising, broadcasting and production groups.
 
She has worked for a number of domestic and international institutional clients involved with real estate in a variety of capacities, including official and unofficial sector lenders, REICs investing in industrial and commercial assets, and investors and developers of prime touristic and special assets, such as private islands and large greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as developers involved in the Greek Government’s Golden Visa programme.
 
She has served as Special Advisor to the Minister of Justice and Legal Advisor to private institutions that have been financed by the State, and has served on several law-drafting committees on IP and antipiracy law and public procurement.
 
She received her education at the University of Athens, School of Law (1997) and she holds an LL.M in European and International Trade Law (1999) (Distinction) from the University of Leicester.
 
Admitted to the Athens Bar (1999) and to the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).
 
Born Athens (1974), Domna is married and mother of three children.
